The directions were easy to follow. The experiments were interesting to both 8 and 10 yr olds, which is hard to find. Definitely worth the time and money, priceless memories, fun, and learned some science!

I was very impressed that this is a National Geographic STEM chemistry set. The box graphics make it look very enticing. Everything is included. Says we can do 20 easy experiments. It comes with a very easy to read and understand guide. There are interesting facts for whatever you are doing that are very interesting. My grandkids had a great time using the suggestions as well as thinking up their own. Bonus!+

I used the Stunning Science Chemistry set to introduce chemistry to my kids. The included booklet explained what chemistry is as well as the scientific method. The instructions for the experiments were clear and easy for my kids to follow. We had a lot of fun completing each experiment. I also loved the 10 bonus experiments book that was included because it gave us more fun things to do!

I am a sucker for these little science sets and this one is perfect for beginners because it gives a little sample of them all. If your child enjoys a particular experiment, then you can get the individual ones. Wish it had Triops (sea monkeys) and crystal growing powder.

The discovery science experiment kit is sufficient and includes the necessary equipment to conduct the experiments. The experiments are simple and straight forward and exhibit the reactions desired. It is enjoyable for little kids, but my 11 year old found it simple and more for younger children. I thought the components felt somewhat cheap and the materials for the experiments weren't very sturdy. Everything worked fine, but I have a hard time seeing this being reused more than once or twice.
