Fast test results
I've been taking few different brands with little results ( change when blood testing). This is the one that finally worked out for me and now I'm in the normal range.

Can't get enough Vitamin D from sunshine
It's an essential vitamin for bones. My parents reminded me to take vitamin D after pregnancy coz pregnant women passed much calcium to babies. So, we had to replenish a lot of vitamin D.

I always slice these in half because I do get some sun normally, but I do enjoy the flavor of these and the fact they dissolve.

This is probably already the 10th pack and I will order them again. I take them constantly on the advice of my doctor, I was tested for vitamin D and it is at a good level thanks to these tablets
