I use this product because I’m on medication that can cause osteoporosis. I use calcium to keep my bones strong! There is no taste as they are swallowed. The packaging works well and I feel that is it well valued product.

The pills and bottle arrived in good condition but the amount of Zinc that is actually in the pill, opposed to what is advertised is completely different. Taking vitamins with much larger doses just isn't necessary and makes the body work harder to eliminate the excess.

Bought for the Mag. and zinc. Calcium Carbonate just passes on through.
