Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails, 250 Softgels

I've taken this for years. Without it I would have thin, short nails.

what I want is to tell people that you have to be careful when buying this brand. a real hair skin and nails have a lot of B vitamins, which is why I bought this. some of the other ones have vitamin C. E. vitamins with some minerals. its the B vitamin that helps your hair and nails. I always have to check the label before buying.

I've used it before. It helped my nails to grow.

This product is excellent for my nails. Been using it for three years now and will never be without it. It takes about two or three months of use before you notice drastic change in nail growth.

I love them because they work. As with many products, you don't see visible results until about 3 months. With these I have seen changes in my nail strength and growth in a month. But you must be consistent.

As a breast cancer patient I think this could be a good source for hair growth but without the MICA and titanium dioxide this are in necessary ingredients that are used in soaps shampoos laundry detergents. Please keep in mind that having this soft capsules colored pink is just for aesthetic and marketing purposes. I'll like to see a more clear and product.

These vitamins have many helpful things in them, I hope as clients grow, you will think it's unnecessary to put in artificial colors and unhealthy additives though.

Over half the soft gels leaked and there is an after taste since some leaked. Will go back to tablets!
