My husband has a very hard time with sleep. This has been helping him along with melatonin time release. He's been using it for a year now.

Excellent Sleep Aid
Helps me sleep through the night with only waking up a few times to go to the bathroom (old bladder) and it allows me to quickly go back to sleep again.

Great Natural Sleep Aid
They work very well to put you to sleep and keep you asleep. It's three layers work very well. I have to take two though. However, they do the job. I get a restful night sleep every night.

Great way to fall asleep with a natural sleep aide
Works well, with no side effects. Does best when taking 30 prior to bed as instructed. Relaxes you and helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.

The other two items GREAT. The one item not great.
Got the wrong item...I ordered a bottle of a larger quantity and in a bottle and not in a blister pack. I have found the box of Sleep3 in the store, but prefer to buy the bottle with a larger quantity and NOT IN A BLISTER PACK. Hope the charge comes out right.
