If you love bread, you'll love this.
They seem to be working pretty good. I've been able to eat bread and oatmeal again without gaining weight or feeling bloated. I took Starch Blockers in the 80's and never understood why they were discontinued by the good ole FDA. I'm glad to see a similar product making a comeback!

3 in 1 Carb blocker
As long as you still watch what you eat and don't over load on carbs they could help. Don't think that you can just load up on carbs and these will rid your body they don't work that well.

it works, but...
it gives me a gassy and bloating feeling if i take 2 at a time, so i reduced it to taking onky 1, and so far didn't make me feel gassy anymore

The capsules are too large to swallow comfortably. I much prefer Swanson Ultimate Carb Control SWU302. I will not reorder.
