New Blue Wave Above Ground Easy Entry Pool Step Swimming Pool Durable -Up to 54"

The steps are perfect for people with ladder issues. It's an easy step down or up. They are sturdy and look great. You will need a rubber mallet and a small block of wood. I tried to skip that step, but found it to be very necessary. It's a fantastic product, and well worth the money.

The steps were as expected. Very nice! The CUSTOMER SERVICE puts these guys over the top. Walmart messaged that the item was delayed. Sent a message using the contact seller option, and had a PHONE CALL from Blue Wave asking where I heard of the delay, as the item already shipped. She tole me it would be 2 or three days. As was the timeframe promised. It arrived in two. The only bad, was UPS!!! The box arrived badly damaged, but all pieces intact. and ready to go.

The ladder is great very sturdy. I felt like I was going into. In ground pool it was a big hit this summer happy very satisfied with my purchase very satisfied with my purchase

The directions were a bit confusing. They led you to believe you had to put the sand in AFTER the steps were in the water, but in reality it had to be put in BEFORE the steps were put in the water.

I really want to like these steps but I received them with one step shorter than the others making it not stay together when stepped on. The railings don't feel sturdy. I contacted the company for a replacement step %26 sent them the photos they requested. They never responded after receiving photos. Wal mart reached out on my behalf %26 still no response was received. I wouldn't buy these steps again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, these steps are absolute junk! Don't waste your time or your money! The step base attach to the side panels by tabs and the bottom step tabs will not stay in place to hold the step, these just feel cheap and are very unsure

the steps leaked sand all over my pool. The steps float no matter how much sand you pour in, and one of the handles had to be forced in because its deformed. customer service said to send photos via email; when I did, they replied that they wouldn't accept it. now I have to figure out how to disassemble them and get them out of my pool. a total waste of money

The worst thing I ever spent my hard earned money on!! They keep falling apart in pool. And we fave not even used the pool yet, I have to keep getting in that cold and put them back together

Company sent the wrong model TWICE. The image and description states this is the open sided model that allows water to flow through to help with algae prevention. They kept sending me the solid side model that is a much cheaper design.

The step came apart from the side wall. They were install correctly with the "lock cap", which came loose. The nylon zip ties did not hold the bottom runners connect to the side walls. I am returning it.
