New Blue Wave Above Ground Easy Entry Pool Step Swimming Pool Durable -Up to 54"

The steps are perfect for people with ladder issues. It's an easy step down or up. They are sturdy and look great. You will need a rubber mallet and a small block of wood. I tried to skip that step, but found it to be very necessary. It's a fantastic product, and well worth the money.

The steps were as expected. Very nice! The CUSTOMER SERVICE puts these guys over the top. Walmart messaged that the item was delayed. Sent a message using the contact seller option, and had a PHONE CALL from Blue Wave asking where I heard of the delay, as the item already shipped. She tole me it would be 2 or three days. As was the timeframe promised. It arrived in two. The only bad, was UPS!!! The box arrived badly damaged, but all pieces intact. and ready to go.

The ladder is great very sturdy. I felt like I was going into. In ground pool it was a big hit this summer happy very satisfied with my purchase very satisfied with my purchase

I liked the easy assembly and they're very nice looking. We didn't have a funnel, but sort of created one from a Styrofoam cup. Just happened to have some sand due to road construction here. But other than that, they are nice for the sale price of $249

These steps are functional, but the rails are a bit wobbly. Not great for young children or older adults which is why we got them in the first place. The assembly was pretty easy, but the directions were a bit complicated. Once we figured out what we were doing, the steps went together pretty quickly.

the steps leaked sand all over my pool. The steps float no matter how much sand you pour in, and one of the handles had to be forced in because its deformed. customer service said to send photos via email; when I did, they replied that they wouldn't accept it. now I have to figure out how to disassemble them and get them out of my pool. a total waste of money

Company sent the wrong model TWICE. The image and description states this is the open sided model that allows water to flow through to help with algae prevention. They kept sending me the solid side model that is a much cheaper design.

The worst thing I ever spent my hard earned money on!! They keep falling apart in pool. And we fave not even used the pool yet, I have to keep getting in that cold and put them back together

the steps are junk! we have only used for 2 weeks and the handles come apart, and the leg cover/bottom is ziptied on.. (per instruction! ), which doesnt hold. one leg completely came off, and neither will stay in place to cover the hole HOLDING THE SAND IN! so... day 2 the sand was leaking into the pool. thought we had it fixed until we realized thats just how the steps are made, so we had to use weights instead of sand, but still cleaning up the sand that is leaking in the pool since we cant empty it outside of the pool. i would not recommend.

None of the panels stay together I don't know how to keep the thing on the bottom it's constantly lifting up other than the size. This whole thing is a disaster. I'm returning this. I cannot believe that I have to actually attach weights to it to keep it in my pool. It's off. This is awful. You guys need to reconfigure out how to use this. I'm gonna have to order another ladder.
