It Helps!
Within a couple of weeks I can already tell a difference! It has helped in reducing muscle soreness and was pleasantly surprised that it is actually helping improve my memory. I was taking another brand before a year ago but stopped because I saw no improvement...but this one seems to be working nicely so far.

Beet Root Capsule Review
There good quality when I go by the ingredients and they give me a bit of energy but it's not too much to where I feel it's a little too strong or overwhelming. It's a good item! 🎯

This supplement made no difference in my diet or regimen. After following the instructions IAW the bottle, I fine myself exhausted more before the product. I would like a refund.
