NOW Foods ADAM Men's Multi

Received on time. Only been taking for a couple of weeks, but so far the energy levels are good.

For the middle and older male generation this product will more than meet your expectations. I am receiving all the health benefits I was looking for in a multi-vitamin that was designed for men. NOW products are quality made and deliver exceptional value for the money. When it comes to a daily multi vitamin this is one supplement that you should not buy a cheaper alternative just to save a buck!

I have used several different Multi's in my life and this has the best profile of all of them. I don't expect amazing results from a Multivitamin, but if you are deficient in any area, this will will provide excellent support. The best Multi on the market!

I've always rated NOW nutrition products as a number one brand in quality and consistency. Many years ago a local Nutritionist recommended the brand to me as a Multi Vitamin product. I have been a fan ever since and I'm so glad Swanson carries the NOW brand products!

My fiancé has been taking these daily for many months. He feels great and is enjoying more consistent energy levels throughout the day. He likes that it is well balanced and none of the supplements are excessive - so he can still drink protein shakes without going overboard. Balance is the key! These do not make his stomach hurt, ever. There is a nice variety of minerals and little extras in this multi that aren't typical, but are much appreciated :)

In my opinion this is the best multivitamin for the price. The minerals are chelated for best absorption and there is more than enough of the basics to make sure all bases are covered. I like that I only have to take two a day. I usually split them up, one at breakfast and one at lunch. I also supplement with extra magnesium, zinc, potassium, and EFAs.

Some multi vitamin products have a lot of ingredients, but in such small quantity that one wonders if the amount is adequate for one's daily needs. If one does find a good quality vitamin product, it seems so expensive that someone on fixed income has trouble affording them. Swanson helps on both counts. I have been taking NOW'S ADAM Multi-vitamins for men for some time and feel I am getting a sufficient supply of so many necessary nutrients and also plenty of nutrients to keep a healthy prostrate, so important for an older man. All the above at a lower cost than I can find anywhere else. Thank you Swanson!
