I've been taking NOW Ultra Omega-3 softgels for a while, and they've become an essential part of my daily routine. Simply take 1 to 2 softgels daily with food. No need to deal with unpleasant flavors or large pills. NOW brand a reliable choice.

Heart health, brain function, all of that and I've heard great things about omega 3s in general. They don't have that gross fishy aftertaste and they're pretty gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus compared to others I've tried. BUT the pills are HUGE. No joke massive! Every time I go to take one I have to mentally prepare myself. I'm not even being dramatic it actually stresses me out because I feel like I'm going to choke. Because of that, I haven't been able to stay consistent with taking them daily, which kind of defeats the purpose. If you're someone who has no problem swallowing big pills, you'll probably love these. But if you're like me and struggle with that, just be aware it's definitely a challenge that I am not willing to do daily. Overall, great quality product. I just wish they were smaller or easier to take because that's the only thing holding me back.

I do take omega 3 supplements and was excited to try... but I do t like the quality of the ingredients being anchovy fish oil... you also have to take 2 larger size pills daily. Im not a fan of the size and quantity.

$22 out the window. The enteric coating doesn't work, bad burps and heartburn.
