I've never taken anything to help me poo. I was recommended to take this supplement while on a low carb lifestyle. I couldn't be more happies really works and will buy again and incorporate in regular Routeen.

have to take them 2-3 times daily.
i use psyllum capsules for digestive issues. these work well. but you need to take them 2- 3 at a time. and more than 1 time a day.

Great value. Gentle and effective.
I found that 2 caps. am %26 2 pm works best. Recommendation on the bottle is 3 caps. daily. Recommend you start out with 3 and see how your gut responds. Well worth the $ To me

instructions weren't followed
The service was great but the delivery instructions were not followed per owner's request. The delivery driver was instructed to ring the doorbell (per delivery) so that my doorbell camera could pickup any deliveries being left at my front door 🚪. The driver failed to follow the instructions, and that's unfortunate 😕
