Elderberry capsules are fine.
I'm a longtime fan of the elderberry and zinc lozenges but since they were discontinued I've found this a good substitute for immune strength.

BEST BUY
I have been taking Eldeberry for a year now. I take it with other supplements every morning. I have not been sick. I love the NOW brand. I think they are one of the best brands around. You can't go wrong by taking this.
