We really like this product and try to always have some on hand, never know when you might pick up a cold. This is a generous supply at a great price. No stomach upset for my husband or I with this.

Easy to swallow, good product
Easy to swallow, not horrible smell. Take after you've ate something, even just a piece of bread. i take it as an evening pill before bed and take a gummy (different vitamin) in the morning. only been a few weeks, but im hopeful it will help me stay healthier.

Make sure to eat or drink some milk with this!
I took this then got distracted and forgot to eat it really upset my stomach definitely didn't forget again. Other than that it's a good product so far.
