Effective
I tried several magnesium supplements and a brand I have used in the past. This was much more satisfying, giving the effect I was hoping for. I found that I only need 1 tablet a day.

Bottle & Capsules Are Full of POWDER
Haven't tried them yet but when I touched one my finger was full of powder. I suspect one or more have opened up. I will have to try to use them in a few days as my other brand will be gone. I am more than disappointed. Have no idea how they will work yet.
