Ingredients are at such a small serving size so they can claim 0 on the nutrician facts when it might be more than 5 if they doubled the the serving size. Otherwise I like to sprinkle it on pizza to aid the greek yogurt and nutritional yeast combination to taste more like cheese. they smell is very sharp but the flavor is very bland.

i am a walmart associate. nutricost is always good. great value always and quality. also, esupplements is a great place to order from..never an issue and i've purchased from them for many, many years. this is great to have around the house and this doesn't have a bunch of additives. looking forward to using on popcorn. they have butter powder too! great taste and no crazy additives. be prepared...it smells funky. i mean, you know its cheese so.. but it tastes good. recommend.
