The FLO PMS Vitamin Gummies are very effective when it's that time of the month for me. It definitely relieves my cramps %26 bloating. It's only been a week but so far it's been working great.

Outstanding
I usually suffer with unbearable cycles. Since beginning these, i feel like my cycle became easier, wasn't constantly feeling hungry, and my mood swings improved tremendously.

From sandpaper, to JUICY
I recently turned 38, perimenopause hit me like a BRICK! Tired all the time, mood swings, and absolutely NO MOISTURE. Just sitting was uncomfortable without coconut oil. I've tried 3 products. The first 2, for 3 months each. They were only to address the dryness. But THIS PRODUCT!!! O+ Mood!!! I am IN AWE!!! Better mood and sleep almost instantly!!! I am so much more calm, my anxiety is little to none. I sleep like a rock! Used to wake up between 2-4x every night . I'm ONLY 2 WEEKS IN, and I am not only comfortable again, but I am JUICY AGAIN!!! I'm sure not everyone will have the same results, but I truly hope you do! I got the 3 month supply, as I have before, to make sure I gave it a real try. I AM BEYOND PLEASED!!! As I had the drive, and no wetness to go with it. It was embarrassing to say the least, bc I've always been the total opposite… I can't use lube bc I am sooo sensitive. Ofcourse my partner being in the same boat of perimenopause, reassured me plenty. But now I don't need it!!! GET THE PRODUCT!!!

Needs more time
I took this for one month, and while I thought it would help me more immediately, it only slightly helped my bloating and hormonal acne. I hope to continue using it to see if a longer time will help me realize the results I expect.
