almost all vitamins that you buy have soybean oil in them. I don't like soybean oil it swells my stomach up. so I like these vitamins because they do not have soybean oil and there are more natural ingredients in them and I can't taste the garlic at all. they do smell a little in the bottle but not much at all. the main thing is you can't taste the garlic at all. they're easy on my stomach and they work.

For Your Good Health
I take one of these twice a day, with breakfast and with dinner. Garlic is very healthy for you. The caplets are small and very easy to swallow.
