O'Food Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce, 7.5 oz

similar to the larger boxes you'd get at an asian grocery store but thinner, useful for topping stuff but a really small container if you're doing soups or large banchan using more than a cup in total. i go through like one a week just on rice porridge

Has very good flavor, a mix of hot, sweet, spicy, smoky, and thick consistency. Good ingredient list, and no wheat, no corn syrup, no yeast extract. It is my first encounter with a Gochujang product so I can't say how authentic the the flavor is, but I like it as it is. I wish the bottle was a little bigger for the price but I will be buying it again. Maybe two at a time since I've been using so much of it.

The O'Food Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce is great in cooking or using as a condiment. I don't notice a difference from the Bibigo brand of Gochujang Korean Chili Sauce. The O'Food brand is definitely cheaper, so that is why I made the switch. I plan on buying some more sauce in the future.

i forgot the brand name of the other paste but its in a small glass jar, i love the taste and its really thick paste. this brand was just as good, thank goodness, the paste wasnt as thick as the glass jar brand but id definitely buy it again, price is a bit ok but worth the buy if you want your gochujang fix.

this is some good stuff! you can't help but use it when you break out your fried pork belly and lettuce ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! great pepper flavors and strong flavors.

This sauce is packed full of flavor and enhances everything I put it on. I don't use a lot of it at once because it is spicy but I find that it's more flavor than heat.

We usually use the paste version while cooking--husband said this version--he put it on dirty rice to kick it up a notch! Also, nice add with burgers %26 fries!

As a newbie to Korean cuisine, I really enjoy this spicy gochujang sauce. It's good on practically everything that needs a kick of flavor and heat. I can't really compare it to other gochujang sauces, as it's my first time tasting it, but I like what I'm tasting. Definitely would buy again.

The title says 17.6 oz but the bottle and specs say 7.5oz. My Walmart store had price tags on the shelf for both sizes but only the small one in stock. So i ordered and paid for the big one but they delivered the small one. Maybe if they fix their listing they wouldn't get confused.

It's not a terrible flavor, but i can't imagine what i would use it on. It's too sweet and heat is pretty good. If there is even one item that it would be good with, they certainly wouldn't be selling it in my town. I'll play around with it an ramen as i mess around with trying new ones. Maybe try it on pizza or burrito. Eh.
