I am a broken sleeper. I spoke to my PCP and she suggested I try Olly (she uses them). I was skeptical because nothing seems to work. i have a hard time falling asleep unfortunately this product does not help me sleep at all. if you have a low tolerance for melatonin it would be good. but i do not due to injuries. also has a VERY sour taste.

At the beginning of taking these daily the flavor feels fresh, but once you start getting near the end the bottle gummies loose some texture and they don't taste as good.

This product works but is very powerful. I took the recommended dose and was so hung over the next morning it was miserable. I cut the dose in half but was still very groggy in the morning. It takes hours to feel normal after waking up wee hen taking these. I don' care for that feeling at all.
