This brand is amazing. It has the exact amount of Probiotics and Prebiotics I have been looking for. They also work amazingly. I have chronic constipation and these daily supplements work at helping me go. They have also helped with cramping and indigestion and I digest quicker which is amazing because I have a slow digestive track and these help with that.

This product i gave used in pass .the overall savings getting it from wal mart is 1.25 the last time i got it. That being said i will continue to buy this product . it always is avaible at wa Mart so far.very satisfied
