This is my first experience with Kamut wheat. I just prepared some banana bread. I ground the wheat in my spice grinder and soaked it overnight for digestion. Then prepared the banana bread next day. I have to learn how to baked with smoked flour. Thanks for a great product!

This has got to be the best grain for taste, texture and endless uses. I have tried kamut a number of ways and find that it's used are held back by the lack of ideas. Great 👍 product.

all 100% Kamut. Berries came in very heavy, safe package which should assure safekeeping. The bread was almost sweet, not a hint of the bitterness of regular whole wheat. However, next time I may add about 1/4th bread flour, should make it even higher, but the texture was wonderful as it was.

I made bread with these berries. Ground of course. Nothing special about the flavor, didn't rise well, poor shelf life. Entirely too expensive. Will stick with hard red wheat.
