Efficient way to buy Bay Leaves. Good packaging to keep them for a long time. Leaves are large and nicely packed. They have good flavor.

Good Bay Leaves
These are good bay leaves. I use them a lot in different kinds of cooking. 5 ounces is more than one might expect. I will have enough for a couple of years, at least !

Organic bay leaves
Organic bay leaves appear either old and/or dried incorrectly. There is no vibrancy in color and many leaves are blemished. It’s a great deal, but I aim for higher quality herbs and spices as they are the glue to my cooking and health. It appears a whole bush was picked, dried, not sorted at all and then packed.

Came completely open
I had ordered this brand before and it came alright, but this bag was ripped at the top and the zip tie was open. This was something that should have been thrown away rather than mailed to someone.
