This is my first ever supplement and I had been a long skeptic on the taking of supplements. I had read about Ginseng as an alternative to Adderall, which I had taken twice before. I did not like the crash of Adderall hence the push to try this alternative. Also, as an active soccer player and long distance runner, it helped me a lot to transition to a longer stamina. I have taken two bottles so far, and I wonder what the long term effects of taking this are. If none are negative, then this is my go to energy booster. When it comes to memory, I did not see much improvements but, that wasn't the main reason why I bought it. But focus and willingness to do things was substantially improved. This has helped me keep my meditation routine a bit more consistent. I highly recommend it
