PG Tips Original Tea 80-count (non-pyramid teabags)

It's the best tea I've ever had.

Strong British tea without the acid bite.

A nice, everyday black tea. Good flavours and marries well with a bit of milk. Not fancy, but dependable a solid cupboard staple in our family. The best of all main brands.

No PG Tip packaging states what shape the tea bags are - pyramid or flat square so I don't buy them now as I prefer the pyramid, if they haven't changed the tea quality! The same tea in both bags? who knows? What does 'Original' mean? PG Tips doesn't say.

I love PG Tips Original Black Tea in the PYRAMID tea bag and have used it for years but... the items delivered to me were 2 boxes of FLAT TEA BAGS WITHOUT A STRING TO RETRIEVE THEM FROM THE CUP!! Being disabled, I did not open the box when it came so I did not know of the mistake until my caregiver brought the box to show me the tea bags were not the same. I might just as well have bought a cheaper brand. I will return the tea and HOPE Walmart sees that their sub-contractor fills my order as indicated on my ORDER HISTORY. PS: I canceled my order through Amazon that I waited on for 6 weeks when I found Walmart promised delivery in 3 days!!

These teabags were a nightmare. The bags ripped and spilled tea leaves all over whilst being separated. If a separation was successful, the bags split when water was poured into the cup. Binned and replaced with another brand. It's a shame because I used to buy this brand regularly. Not any more.
