We take PGX on a regular basis. I prefer the pill form, but my husband struggles to take capsules. This powder form is a win for him. The only catch... Once mixed with water, you have to consume the water within minutes or it becomes a gel-like substance.

Does not dissolve well so better to mix it in a smoothie or soup etc. Just purchased it so too soon to know the full results, but so far easy to take and has no side effects. Unfortunately, the box was delivered smashed and lost some of the product. Shipping packaging could be better.

It was a good product but can't put in coffee or a drink… becomes thick like pudding.

So disappointed the powder does not dissolve on either cold or hot liquid. It turns into more like a glass full of large, gelatinous textured particles. So thick I couldn't drink it without wanting to throw up! It's expensive and I just had to throw it away. Get capsules!!!
