Good product
This product works exactly as designed. It turns any light switch into a connected dimable light. It does require a Phillips Hue bridge if you don't already have one. It connects to the Echo to allow verbal control of lights. It's a quick and easy way to move into the connected home world.

Works with Alexa
I bought these to work with my Amazon echo "Alexa" I am a c4 quadriplegic and I cannot access the lights but these make it capable for me. Just remember that you need to have the lights on at all time for them to work. This is also one of the main Amazon echoes lightbulbs and you do not need to make a skill with Alexa. It makes it really easy set up. You will need a hub for the lightbulbs to work .

Philips Hue White A19 Single Bulb with WDK
These bulbs work perfectly with the Hue Hub. I have 3 Echo Dots and control all of the lights from anywhere with voice command.

Love it!
Really bright - made a huge difference in our family room. Had the Philips Hue Color A19 Smart bulbs there, those just produce 800 lumens - big difference with these bulbs on the light. Nice warm light.

The Hue system works great, WALMART NOT SO
When I decided to buy the light at Walmart, the price was the same among all other retailers except for the free shipping. When I got the bulb, it was on an opened box. The website never mentioned that the item was used or refurbished or open. Should I have known that, I would have buy it locally from BestBuy or HomeDepot. The bulb is a quality bulb and works great with the HUE system

The bulbs are really neat. You can control them with your phone. The prices are just a little high. Walmart prices are no different than anyone else's prices
