I do like these. Exactly what I wanted. Be careful when unwrapping, there was a small metal wire sticking out around the top of one of the weights that actually poked my finger. Had to get tweezers to pull it out. Not even sure why it would have been there.

As a female, these are great. Not too heavy, or toi light. Made of nice material to hold and I love the color . I plan to use in my new work-out program at home.

Package arrived early packaged very well The product has a lot of heft to it. I bought these for my dad who permanently lives in a nursing home facility after having surgery to repair a broken hip. I bought these for him so he can use them in his room to keep his arms and upper body strength up during the times he is not receiving P.T. from the facility. Fabulous product.

These small weights are comfortable to hold and easy for my mother to use with her physical therapy!
