These do not work ,they didn't make me sleepy at all ,even after having it on for several hours no I would not waste my money on this again !

Once they stick on you, you hardly notice they are there. They are quite sticky so you don't have to worry about them falling off. Is worth the money to get them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PlusOne Blissful Sleep Patch is a good help for a good night. I've used a couples on the inner side of my arm. The lavendor is just a great relaxing scent. The patch is thin & easy to apply. A box comes with 14 patches. It is a great togo to carry with on vacation :)

great for supporting restful sleeping

Results are not dramatic. I have bought a month's worth to see if there is a consistent and notable relaxing effect

Helps a little bit with sleep, But not all the time and not through the whole night.

First patch out of the package had a distinctive herbal aroma of lavender and worked really well. Second patch off the sheet had … nothing. 😢 I suspect the sheet packaging once opened, allow the patches to lose potency. Maybe would retain its nice aroma and retain effectiveness better if sealed individually. I didn't get good use of the rest of the patches.

This is waste of money the smell fools you but it does nothing for sleep.

Used the whole box. Sticker symbol did not fade to show it absorbed. Tried it on arm, bottom of feet and thigh. Maybe I got a dud
