This sleep spray is amazing, I spray the soles of my feet and my ankles let dry, I become relax and fall asleep quickly, I wake up feeling rested, I realize if I use the spray too late, and have to get up very early, I feel a little sleepy, It works.

After reading reviews I was so excited to use this product. It smelled good, but didn't help me sleep.
