It works exactly as described and it is completely worth it to stop using normal batteries.

Works great, it comes with battery covers for both Xbox one x and series x style controllers. Would definitely recommend. One battery can last a couple long gaming sessions or one session if you use a wired headset.

I wanted to get rechargeable batteries to stop wasting so much money on double A batteries. I love being able to charge two controllers at once and the charge time is reasonable.

Even after charging port marks my controllers as fully charged they never are when I check on screen I would say its like 90% charged and the battery packs get kind of hot at times.

I have used PowerA products since the early days of the Xbox One and I have rarely ever had an problem. I still have battery packs from them that I bought years ago that work just fine. So when I saw this in the store, I didn't hesitate to grab it. I wanted a charging dock that could charge two at a time and the ones at other retailers were always sold out. I have been using this charging dock for about 3 days and I wish I hadn't gotten it. The two batteries that come with it are good but don't live up to their promise of 40 hours. I charged both batteries for about 5 hours before using and only got about 10 hours with the first one and about 8 with second. Which isn't bad for recharagble controller batteries but is no where near 40 hours. I now use my charging cable with the batteries to get more life out of them. Now as for the dock, this is why I gave the rating only 2 stars. This dock is terrible. It is a simple design but the controllers keep moving off the charger for no reason. Both my controller are Xbox Series X official ones and I am using the correct backs for them. I would put the controller on the dock and turn it on just for it to either not register that the controller is there or blink red inducting that there is a problem. I would switch to the other side of the dock and it would work fine. And when it does say its charging, it really isn't. I had one of my controllers on the dock last night and it was on there for an hour when the red light changed to white, which indicates that it is done. So I went and swapped out the battery and tried the freshly charged one and my Xbox showed it was only half way charged. Overall my experience has been mixed, the batteries are not bad for the price but your not going to get 40 hours worth of charge. And the dock isn't great. I would just say try to find something else.

Not for Xbox series X/S. It's for the Xbox one still. I thought this product looked familiar because I have the same thing for the Xbox one! Silly me though I bought it due to it saying “for Xbox series X/S”. The battery fits and works but the plastic piece does not connect so your recharge is useless cause the controller won't stay in place.

I would NOT buy this product, if you want to have a working 70 dollar controler to get shorted out by this battery pack, within two mounths it broke my brand new xbox series controler I left it on the charger because it was dead, I come back from eating and the orange light was blinking, when I tryed to use my controler it would not even turn the xbox light on. Now a few mounths after that the battery pack did the same thing to the controller that came with my Xbox, I used the old controler to charge the battery packs, it is so l have a "safty net" never letting my ONLY good controler sit and charge after that, now I have no controler because of this product and no hope of getting reimbursed for my controlers.

Do not waste ur money! Bought this in October, lasted sorta til now. Kept messing up not wanting to charge really, and now it won't charge my controllers at all. I unplug it and the white and orange light will come on but will turn right off. I've tried everything I normally did to get it to start charging again but it's shot. Not worth the money. Amazon has better ones!

DO NOT BUY!!!!! THESE DO NOT FIT XBOX ONE CONTROLLERS!!!! The tabs on the back plate that covers the battery does not line up with the holeson the controller!!!! I tried on SIX of my Xbox controllers!!!!

One side does not light up. Not sure if it will now charge the controller or not. Thought Walmart was better then this. I will no longer be continuing my Walmart plus subscription because of this and will now by Xbox accessories from Amazon.
