I absolutely love the product. I am using any excuse to make french fries I love that it can make the potato wedges as well. It's pretty easy plus the only issue I have is it's hard to clean the actual blades and sometimes a potato does get stuck. Sometimes you have to pull it out put it back in, but then it normally works. Other than that. I absolutely love it. I've done use it multiple times I've already put 10 pounds of potatoes through it and it's still going strong if you love french fries I think this is a must have 100%.
Make homemade fries, veggie sticks, or even fruit trays often, this thing saves a lot of time and effort compared to cutting everything by hand. The different blade options are nice because you can switch between thicker steak fries and thinner fries depending on what you're making. What I liked most is how much more consistent the cuts come out. Homemade fries actually cook more evenly when they're all about the same size, and it honestly makes meals feel a little more homemade and restaurant-style without a ton of extra work. Pros: Different blade sizes make it versatile for fries, veggies, and fruit Saves time compared to hand-cutting potatoes Creates more even cuts for better cooking results Cons: Takes some strength to push harder potatoes through the cutter Cleaning the blades can be a little tedious Larger size takes up noticeable kitchen storage space Summary: Overall, this is a really handy kitchen tool if you enjoy making homemade fries or prepping vegetables often. It makes food prep faster, more uniform, and honestly more fun than cutting everything with a knife. While it's not something every kitchen absolutely needs, it's definitely worth it for people who cook at home regularly and want a quicker way to prep fries and veggies.
Actually bought this for my 27-year-old son who's obsessed with making his own healthy fries if you can bring a smile across my son's face it's a good day LOL he was a very happy how well and how uniformed his fries come out actually bought a second one to keep at girlfriend's house LOL
I primarily use the thick fry blade. I use it a lot to cut carrots and onions which it cuts flawlessy once you understand how much force you need to use. I get pretty unkind with this thing, slamming it with my fist to cut through whole carrots and onions in one movement which it doesn't have a problem with.
This is so easy to use.\nAnd easy to clean. If you have a problem setting it up , you can google it , and it tells you how to put the top on. After that it's a breeze!!!
I first saw this on a cooking show, “It's me Kellz” on Facebook and I bought it the next day. Very easy to use. Clean up on the blades took a while, but overall, I like it.
I found this product easy to use, easy to clean and makes great fries. The blades are sharp, the casing is lightweight and cleaning tool makes for a quick clean up.
the only reason why I wouldn't recommend this is because the one I got I cannot take the white cap off of it it is either too tight or somebody glued that sucker on because it will not turn no way counterclockwise or clockwise I cannot get that sucker to come off no matter what I do so I think somebody played a cool cruel trick on me and glued it in place and it's not funny because I have a hard time getting Lids off of things anyway because I have yellow stencil syndrome so that's the only reason why I gave it three's and that I would not recommend it because it's kind of hard to use if I can't get that off of it
The quality of the product is bad. However, you will get some use out of it. Easy to use and clean. I use it to cube potatoes. I'm going on my 3rd one now. The plastic will eventually break and the blades will become misaligned. Each one of them last me about 3-6 months. If you need something ASAP. This is your best bet.
Worked great. Hand washed and used a second time worked great! Got it out the third time after one wash in the dishwasher it shrank. Went to use it and it broke. So disappointing.
