Prebiotics and Probiotics for Women & Men. Seemingly working as one would think. Unsure how I'm to evaluate the effectiveness other then personal choice to taking pre/probiotics.

I like the product I think it works well, but some of the capsules came destroyed and the powdered contents spilled all through the bottle and on the other capsules. Overall good results and I'll probably continue using it, or find a similar offer. It's nice it comes as a two month supply, rather than a standard 30 day bottle. But still disappointing that some came ruined!
