Perfect for Silver Sneakers exercise class! Is just like the ones they use at the gym for squeezing between knees and hands for resistance.

Needed a smaller size ball for physical therapy at home, this is a nice size and easy to inflate. Only con was the instructions to not have it in contact with different surfaces.I am using it in a pillow case to protect different surfaces.

The ball is fine but DON'T PUT IT ON YOUR FINISHED FURNITURE! I did, for a couple of days, and it ate through the finish.

There is no pump. You blow into a tube and inflate it yourself. The description said a pump was included. It's not. I thought I'd throw that out there for people who have diminished lung capacity or just can't inflate things.

The ball works well for doing exercises and you can go on line to learn how to use!

Thought I was receiving the ball and pump. What I got was a flat ball, two straws and a plug. Read the ad again and nowhere did it state the ball would not be inflated. How in the world am I supposed to inflate so that I can exercise with it??? Terribly disappointed.
