This pre workout gets the job done. The taste isn't terrible, but I personally do not enjoy it. My husband has no problem with the flavoring. The energy increase is noticeable and sometimes I can feel itchy from the beta-alanine (that is what I am looking for!). I have bought this repeated times. In my opinion it's the best I can get in person.

At almost 76 years old, and committed to 4 to 5 days a week at the gym, this supplement provides serious energy and focus for lifting and cardio that lasts for a couple hours. It makes a huge difference.

Probably want to start with half scoops and never take it on an empty stomach otherwise it's great stuff. I mix mine 1/2 Nightmare and 1/2 Jekyll non stim with creatine. This gives great ty energy plus some added.

This pre workout is legit depending on what kinda music your listening to. It works best if you're a fan or rap. I suggest using it while playing any music by Boss Wood on any streaming platform. You're welcome.

If you want to deadlift a house and fight a bear, dry scoop this and get ready to smell color. Excellent pre that kicks in after 15-30 and itches for at least 90 mins.

This hit nice. Great pumps that were somewhat unexpected. Focus was excellent while a delicious post workout euphoric glow topped off a great preworkout experience. Looking fwd to running this one again

I use pre-workout mixes regularly. Despite instructions, I mix it in the morning and add some Gatorade powder for extra flavor(not even a full scoop, I sprinkle some across the top). Also despite instructions (I do what I want), I drink it throughout my day. I drive a large vehicle and am required to run/jog/speed-walk long distances all day. This keeps me going when I need a pick-me-up, but doesn't give me jitters unless I drink the whole thing down at once. It's either super-Mario running delivery tine or it's a smooth well-energized run all day. Either way, I find it very affective. For reference, I'm a female, 29, approx 5'5 and 160lbs, moderate to advanced physical activity throughout the week (unless it's staycay time), I usually record between 5k and 8k steps per day. I prefer one scoop to my 28oz tumbler bottle, and to drink it through the day. It's like drinking a triple shot coffee all at once if you drink it before a workout or work.

Taste was ok. It did help with energy. Wouldn't take anytime before bed.

Unfortunately, my container arrived damaged (the lid and seal were cracked). I was able to salvage half of the container, which we have been able to use before work-outs. Would recommend for its taste and effects!

-TASTE: fine. Like powdered Smarties candy. -EFFECT: poor. Absolutely NOTHING. -ME: I am NEW to supplements etc and this did ZERO to me. I could have FOUR SCOOPS and I FELT NOTHING. Never will buy. Never will recommend. Unless infants start lifting and need supps.
