Good product great company
Design and comfortable handle is great. Mine had a minor moulding flaw and I called the manufacturer help line got a person right away who shipped repair part same day and it arrived fedX in 2.5 days. Can't beat that service and the water is perfect.

The product quality is lacking, but this isn't Walmart's fault. The filter sensor that declares when the filter should be changed doesn't work. Frankly, I have no idea whether this pitcher actually filters water - I'm just going on faith.

I love this. Water taste so fresh! I wish I would of bought a bigger one though because I drink so much water a day. Love that it has a feature on top to let you know when to replace filter.

Filtered Water made simple and safer to drink.
Like the fact that I don't have to deal with plastic bottles of water anymore. Water tastes great with no aftertaste or chemical smells.

Love Pur for filtering my water!
Love the color and the weight of this pitcher. I took one star away because it leaks water out of the pour spout. It's either maybe me and the lack of hand control, or that my husband over fills the pitcher.

Fair
Pros: I like that it changed the taste of the water for the better. It's easy to handle. Cons: When pouring you have to be careful of spillage. Have to constantly refill often and the water is slow to go down the filter.

Good luck finding a replacement filter!
Nice pitcher for a cheap price but what good is it if you cant find the replacement filters? There are non in stock. I found some on Amazon for about $60 for a 3 pack! Either I will have to shelve this pitcher or purchase a knock-off filter but I chose the PUR brand for a reason!

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
This company is horrible! The first pitcher they sent was cracked-sent it back and asked for another one, the replacement was just as bad . The part that holds the water filter-the pour tray, has pieces broken off around the bottom so the filter cover won't screw on. Thank God I don't need that for it to work. This company is on my --it list! however I don't need the cover, thank God! The filter screws into the water tr

Defective
It doesn't work. The water still tastes terrible. Planned obsolescence. Hardly used it -and it blinked as if needed new filter after 2 weeks. Also it fogs up ???
