Have only recently started taking these due to osteopenia. I had hard time swallowing other brands of calcium tablets. But these are very easy to swallow. No aftertaste or stomach issues after taking. I will definitely be refilling with the same brand.

This is a nice big bottle which should last me a while. They are easy to swallow and I had no unusual aftertaste or upset stomach while taking these. Mine has an expiration date of 5/24/2024 and seem to be fresh.

Good vitamin seems to be working. You take 3 at a time and can take them 1-3 times a day. They're easy to swallow which is great. I will definitely keep using these.

Does what its supposed to do. Really nothing remarkable or exceptional but is gentle on the stomach and doesnt have the side effect higher dosage supplements have. I do appreciate the large quantity of it.
