Good Quality
These Pure Naturals GABA capsules are easy to swallow and have helped with anxiety after just a few days of taking it. I prefer 500mg to the standard 750mg and with 200 capsules in the bottle, it should last a long time.

Bad reaction to GABA after continued use.
Purchased for the brain calming affect. After 2-3 weeks started causing bouts of anger one hour after taking GABA
