Holy cow! I did not expect this to up my workout so much so fast! Everything just gets kicked up a few notches with this balance trainer. My push ups and planks now have an element of trying to balance while doing them which is definitely increasing the difficulty level more than I expected. The balance ball is an interesting challenge and helps break up the workout with something a little different. I haven't tried all of the suggested workouts yet but I can tell this is going to be a go-to tool for my every day workouts going forward. It wasn't hard to set up, and it came with it's own little hand air pump which was a cool surprise. Just a couple minutes figuring out if I had enough air in it and then I was ready to use it. Very cool workout tool, highly recommend.

I like using this balance trainer ball. It really easy to inflate and deflate it with the included air pump. Ibhad it ready to use in seconds. You can get a simple or intense workout with this. Theres so many different things you can with this trainer ball. Theres also an included workout guide.

This ball is very high quality. I am 180 lbs and this holds up great. Out of the box set up is very easy. It's all ready to go just needing air. It comes with a pump.and extra stopper for the hole. It's not to heavy so easy to move from room to room. Highly recommend this for anyone.

I love how using my Reebok Delta Balance Trainer Sport takes my workout up a notch. It's easy to set up, it just needs inflated, and it's ready to go, and easy to use. It helps strengthen my core and improves my balance. It even comes with a book of exercises I can do using my balance trainer. It's lightweight and portable, so I can move it from room to room, or even take it outside to do a workout on a nice day. It's good quality, sturdy and durable. I'm excited to see the continued results of adding this excellent trainer to my workout regimen.
