I'm very excited to review the Reebok Delta Balance Trainer Sport because it is an excellent addition to my home workout equipment collection. I have tried other brands of this type of trainer and the Reebok one is just as good as the rest with a lower price point. Is especially good for taking to a park or traveling as it seems to be lighter weight and slightly smaller than other major brands. I like the bright, vibrant red color which is nicer than the color of others. All I had to do is take it out of the box and inflate it with the pump that it came with then push the plug in. I like that it came with an additional plug as well. This helps me do squats and other exercises while making me work on balance as well as the resistance training at hand. It makes you tighten more than the muscle you are focusing on because your body is working hard to balance. I am also a certified personal trainer so I know my way around various types of exercise equipment and this one is a great, versatile piece of equipment. It is also reversible. You can put the ball side down for push ups and other exercises as well.

This balance trainer is easy to set up, easy to use and is a nice size for a medium sized woman. It seems durable and has held up well so far. I have not had to reinflate it at all yet. It has multi purposes and there are a lot of different balance positions that can be done.

This ball is very high quality. I am 180 lbs and this holds up great. Out of the box set up is very easy. It's all ready to go just needing air. It comes with a pump.and extra stopper for the hole. It's not to heavy so easy to move from room to room. Highly recommend this for anyone.

Seems like a good balance trainer. Was easy to inflate. Might be a little too small for our needs, though. The price was better than others.
