works as intended
these work as intended. i would caution you to wear your shoes while using these because you could break your toes if your foot slipped off. my feet did not slip off with my shoes on.

Not all floors are equal
Does not slide well on some floor surfaces. It is exceptionally difficult to use on our imitation wood plank flooring. It works well on ceramic flooring and carpet. I can return them or find an inexpensive rug. The majority of my home is the plank flooring.

These are Reebok sliding discs for workouts. There is not enough surface on them to make them practical, Even then ,foot placement is limited by their shape. Also the foam backing is poor quality, and the hard side is not that useful for it's designed purpose ,either. I will be returning them.
