Between than other resistance bands. Way better, no rolling or pinching, AND adjustable. Great value.

Good quality!
These exercise bands are good quality and it is obvious they thought about things when designing this. There is a nonslip type of material on the inside so it doesn't slide up or down as you are exercising. It is adjustable so you can increase resistance by tightening. I use this to strengthen my hip flexors while sitting at work.

Best Squat Bands
I really liked the product and also from the known brand. Firstly, the quality of the material is premium. Secondly, it is very strong and provides a good resistance to your body. Thirdly, it is easy to use and you can adjust the resistance levels easily. So, I would definitely recommend it.

Good cloth resistance bands for workouts
These are great, they dont roll up, adjust easily, and even come with some exercises if you need a few more. Love them!

Adjustable Squats bands
I have been using squats band for awhil and when i saw this adjustable ones i couldn't wait to try them. These are sturdy and love the adjustable part of it. It come in both medium and heavy resistant.

Great!!!
These are the best Squat belts I have purchased. They don't fold in or wrap up when using them and they are extremely sturdy. You do get two in the pack that are different sizes (strengths) and I would recommend these to anyone.

Quality good but don't stay in adjusted position.
The straps are too strong for elderly in post op condition. The straps loosen during and do not stay in position.
