I knew that I needed them when I got my panels and cables. Needed these to take the panel connections apart to move them around and needed them to pull the ends of the cables off to run the cables into the gland on the roof of my van. They are simple but work perfectly

The connectors can be installed w/o the aid of the two plastic tools, but if you intend to use more than one or two connector sets you will find the tools come in handy. They don't come with instructions, but a couple of minutes of fiddling around with them and you'll get the hang of it. HINT: The 2 prongs on the end and side are ment to depress the locking tabs between the connectors

Tool works great. You need to have one to make disconnect easy.

Really a handy tool that isn't always needed, but when it is needed it does the job.

Received it and did the inventory. Everything looked good. Took me about 2 1/2 days to completely install. I made sure I sent slow and understood all of the instructions. Easy to install and worked great the first time I turned it on. Oh yea it was on a 40 ft. Motorhome.

Good tool to have for disconnecting and reconnecting lines.

I just used the tool on my solar system and in 5 minutes of using it on the job. It broke. Very disappointing.
