The desktop is in good condition. It came with all equipments. We had to purchase ms office. Just the monitor screen is unstable, slightly tilt. But I am happy with the purchase.

My grandson loves this computer. He plays his games and talks with his friends. Great buy! Thank you!

The computer performs as expected and features are exactly what I was looking for. Only receives 4-stars due to packaging. All items were bubbled wrapped and placed in a box, but the keyboard and mouse were at the bottom, under the computer causing the keyboard to be cracked during shipping. Unfortunately, in order for Walmart to replace keyboard they were making me return entire order for a replacement. Wasn't worth the hassle for a small crack in keyboard.

This is a refurbished unit, the 2nd USB port in the back and the 2nd USB port in the front do not work. Also the delivery driver left the box on the edge of our top step out where everyone could see it and the weather was getting at it, instead of just pushing it onto the porch just a bit. Cardboard and water don't mix well and when you throw electronics into the mix, it makes it worse.

no directions or instructions came with this. had to guess to what went where. its just made it hard to set up if not computer smart.

I did not receive everything that was listed in the ad for the computer. the basic computer itself works fine. couldn't get everything else and I was very upset and got no response from the company

Computer ports in the back came super damaged, and it was way beyond a refurbished tower.It was they should not have resold this

I read on the Walmart Restored website that ALL items are CLEANED, RESTORED TO LIKE NEW CONDITION! That unfortunately was NOT what I received. The desktop tower was dirty and nasty!! Completely took me by surprise!! There were absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS with it at all!!! Then we connected everything and it did nothing but flash, at which I looked online and then discovered that the flashing was actually giving codes as to why it was not working. The codes showed that the PSU, power supply unit, the main motherboard were faulty. If it had been restored it didn't work!!! This was a gift for my grandson and he was just devastated that he couldn't use it!! He asked if I got it from a garage sale because it was just junk! I paid $167.70 for that junk! Don't buy anything from Walmart Restored because it wasn't!! I wish there was an option for ZERO stars or negative stars!!!
