I really like that this product is non gmo. It comes in an easy to swallow smaller capsule. The majority of the ingredients are black elderberries. Feel like I'm getting my monies worth with this product. Great way to boost your overall health during cold and flu season. I feel like my symptoms where lessened by using this product.

I normally make my own elderberry syrup with local honey. But while traveling the ease of this pill is just so great. I really hate skipping my doses of elderberry. This pill helps with that. And definitely keeps the sniffles away.
