Too strong for my thyroid
I used one half dose (one pill) daily for three consecutive days and it threw my wonky thyroid, which is usually hypo, into hyperthyroidism. When things calm back down, I may try opening the caps and using a tiny amount. Exercise caution with this supplement if you have thyroid issues.
