Before I started taking these turmeric pills I was taking turmeric N my daily shakes being that I had surgery and I was trying to keep the inflammation down I heard turmeric works for inflammation and out had worked for me It worked well so I feel like these pills are going to do the same thing just as it did with the actual turmeric powder

SANTO REMEDIO CURCUMA TUMERIC SUPPLEMENT CAPSULES. I am 76 years old, very active, still employed and take lots of vitamins and do thorough research on vitamins/supplements. Tumeric just recently became known to the general public to have properties that help with many health conditions such as increase in antibodies, cancer, cholesterol, sleep deprivation just a few mentioned per internet search. Personally, I have even used a Tumeric based face mask for dark spots and it was quite effective.. The bottle of SANTO REMEDIO CURCUMA TUMERIC SUPPLEMENT contains 90 capsules with recommended dosage of 3 times daily. The ingredients show 1200 mg numeric powder, 300mg numeric extract and 150mg of ginger root powder. I have been taking these capsules because my cholesterol is a bit high and it's making a difference and I will continue to take them once this batch is gone. Recommend this product. CAVEAT: I DID NOT receive the RESVERATROL [I RECEIVED THE TUMERIC] capsules and I've written the Spark Review team three times advising I received the wrong item, Notwithstanding, I get an email threatening to drop me from the program if I didn't write a review even though I have written to Spark about the disconnect and been associated with Spark for years! Therefore, the above review is written under duress for the ITEM THAT I DID RECEIVE [TUMERIC] because I can't write a review for ITEM [RESVERATROL] that I didn't receive. The photo is proof of my contention!! Get with it Spark!!!.

I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks and I do seem to have slightly more energy but I don’t overall see a huge difference yet. I will report back in another month. There are so many benefits to taking turmeric and I wanted to try for the anti inflammatory properties, increasing metabolism and helping with weight loss but I feel like it takes several weeks to see the effects of these supplements. I will check back!

i guess it helps. hard to tell but cheaper than most others? no aftertaste.

I recently received this supplement for review. I have only take for about 5 days. I have not noticed any significant changes to report regarding the effects or effectiveness of this product. I am sure if given more time to assess, I could give more input about it. It is a easy to swallow capsule, at least for me. It is not too big and there is no after taste which is always a plus. It is only a month supply, so there is possible need to buy two bottles to see effects. I will.continue this product until finished because I truly have issues with inflammation and hope to see real results.

The Santo Remedies turmeric supplements. I have been using it but not as of yet seen any difference with my inflammation. I did see that the warnings show a warning for diabetics. So you definitely want to look at the earning label just in case. The supplements are in a vibrant plastic pill bottle.

I suffer from DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), which can really put a damper on my consistent workouts. I ordered this with the hopes it would help to alleviate that soreness with its anti-inflammation properties, but honestly, even after using it for several weeks, I didn't notice any differenece. This wasn't a great buy for me.
