I love my new Shark Stratos! The price was a little high; however, it is worth it. I have a stick vac that is convenient to use but the cleaning attachments aren't convenient and I wasn't able to clean up high. The Stratos solved the problem. I love that the canister lifts off and makes cleaning high places so easy. The canister is very lightweight and easy to get off and on. Plus the bin is large and doesn't require emptying as often. I only wish it came with more attachments that you didn't have to buy.

Awesome vacuum little expensive but great,I bought a quantum vacuum two years ago for 400 and the thing broke two times in 3 years and when you want it fixed you have to ship it to them,which costs 84$ each time you send the vacuum,so two times was almost half the price of new quantum vacuum so said no more and got this .i shark warranty pays for you to ship it to them.how it's supposed to be.thank you shark

I’m a repeat customer. I bought the Shark Professional Lift Away a number of years ago and it still works as well as the day I bought it. I wanted to try the Shark Stratos and I am very pleased with my purchase. These are the things I notice between these two models. The Stratos feels heavier to me and seems louder. And I think I like the handle shape of the Pro fits better in my hand. I love the Stratos on my LVF and tile floors and also on ultra plush area rugs. The Shark Stratos is really easy to use, has great suction and is very flexible for all cleaning jobs. The odor technology is a great addition, it’s just a nice clean smell, not obnoxious or overpowering. If you want all the tools and accessories just buy the next model up. I bought an adapter so I can use the tools that came with my pro. The under appliance wand with the Stratos is an upgrade from the pro. Love my Sharks!

This vacuum is seriously the best! I read reviews of different vacuums for a few weeks before deciding to purchase this Stratos vacuum. We have a toy Aussie dog who sheds constantly so we needed something that would pick up pet hair. I am so impressed with this vacuum! The best part is the self cleaning brush roll. Other vacuums brushes just got all wrapped up with hair but, this one has NONE! It cleans deeper in the carpet than other vacuums too so even our old carpet feels nice! The odor neutralizer gives it a fresh scent while vacuuming which is nice. One downfall is I wish the self cleaning pet power brush came with it or sold separately without all the other pieces. For now, I just use the upholstery brush for the stairs. Anyways, I am so happy with this purchase and be a first time Shark owner!

Bought the Stratos vacuum September 28, 2022. Have used the shark vacuums for past ten years. The Stratos is the most powerful shark vacuum I have used. Love the scent technology, love the way the disposal bin releases the dirt and this vacuum can suck anything in its path. The only thing that I have a problem is the dust that is left around the bin container and the sponge filter already after a month of vacuuming needs replacing. If it already looks like this after a month, I can't imagine what it would look like in 6 months. Would have rated this vacuum a 5 if not for this problem.

I love shark vacuums but they are beginning to be made more cheaply. The one I just bought 2-3 mths ago, a piece broke off of it that holds the tank part onto the vacuum. I will be contacting them about it.

I was very excited to purchase this vacuum cleaner. It does the job as far as vacuum. It does pull more up, but the weight of this vacuum cleaner wears me out. It's hard to control which direction is going to go with the weight. I am a sharp person. I love the shark vacuum cleaner I have four I have a little handheld. I have another one that has that short that has the head on it. I also have the shark floor cleaner, but this vacuum cleaner is too heavy , so that's my problem with it somehow it needs to be corrected. I am 71 years old and I work every day but this vacuum cleaner wears me out to take back in with it so this is this is my report. Thank you I love I love the shark vacuum cleaner, but I do not know if I will ever purchase another one until I find out what it is. Thank you.

Bought this vacuum about 6 months ago, loved it at first. I have a German shepherd and 3 long hair cats. I vacuum daily and I noticed hair sticking out the bottom of the vacuum, when I turned it over there was a ton of hair stuck in the teeth area above the first roller. Had to use hemostats to pull the hair out! Now I need to check it every few days to clean out the hair. I love shark products, but am not happy with this one. See photos for reference.

We ordered this for a gift from Walmart speedy delivery. Complete Waste of tip and $$! The box was extremely tattered and had worn tape. It was obvious this was OPENED!!!! There were rips! No one would present the unit as a gift or buy it for themselves in this state. We were taken advantage of to get rid of a beat up warehouse vac. After having this delivered and paying for such, Walmart made it so difficult for us to return. WE didn't go in to the store for the purchase, paid for delivery, lost tip money and speedy delivery costs, and we shouldn't have to bring it back ourselves! A lot of cruel games and delays and we don't have our money back. I can't recommend the vac. Don't have Walmart deliver any gift from the store, because you will get the return or beat up product they don't want on their shelves. Then they will wear you down until you don't have the energy any longer. I was misled by a CSR and have a screenshot of the promise.. we were told in chat this would be taken care of a certain way, and we feel tricked. Nothing has been done and it is over 10 days!!! We bought a newer model directly from Shark due to all of stress from Walmart. This vac is not worth the price for its capabilities. We are extremely disappointed with Walmart and have been left hundreds in the hole.

Purchased this yesterday to replace my shark Navigator. Purchased this because we have two long hair black cats and i have shoulder length hair, our navigator just wasnt cutting it anymore and the brushes were constantly needing to be cleaned/hair cut out of them. This is no better than my navigator. Hair gets wrapped in it, and doesn't pick it up on the first, second or even the third pass. Its been about 4 days since i did the upstairs carpets and i was excited to try this when it came in today. Very very disappointed in it.
