I ordered this camera for front yard servallance. We really like that we can share footage between us and very clear pictures. The camera 360 moving feature is great. It took about 20 minutes to install and 10 minutes to setup the wifi and the sharing servallance feature with me. You do need to purchase a Sim card to share the servallance between 2 or more persons. You can monitor your home with your phone and even speak to the person in front of the camera. I do recommend this camera.
I ordered 2 solar outdoor security cameras. Both arrived quickly and were packaged well. Mounys easy with inclided hardware. Uses an easily accessible app and works as discribed. I would recommend
I purchased this outdoor camera for backyard security of my chicken coop. After a devastating fox/coyote attack and overnight loss of 15 chickens, we decided to reinforce our backyard security with the installation of this camera. So far we have had the camera for about 1 week, the camera has performed decently, detecting and notifying motion. However, there have been a few instances of our dog passing by the camera's purview, but the camera did not detect him. It may be the case that the instance was recorded in the camera SIM card, but it was not reported to the app. Overall, great product for our use case!
My first issue with this camera presented somewhat of a problem due to it not rotating as I thought it should. But, after reaching out to the company, they were very helpful in getting the problem resolved! The Customer Service department quickly responded to every message that I sent and sent me instructions on how to correct the problem! That alone was worth the affordable cost of the camera! It is now working fine!
Cannot connect with Alexa. Camera goes off line when Alexa authorization is on. Alerts are slightly delayed. Have to download app and pay for cloud storage
could give more stars BUT because they constantly impair the wifi home network service with constant up selling ads to join their cloud service it seems like almost every time you try to look at your camera view ... This is almost a good reason to return it to the store. GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE OPTION TO STOP THE CONTANT ADS . WE PAID FOR THE CAMERA NOW PLEASE CAMERA COMPANY STOP Interfering WITH THE USE OF OUR CAMERA. EVERYDAY.
So many ads popping up in the app you can barely use the camera.
Missing items
I bought this camera because I liked the solar panel concept. When I unpackaged the unit, I felt how cheap it felt. They want to charge you for AI Recognition when other companies do it for free. They were constantly trying to sell me a cloud subscription. I am sending this back and will not buy another one from this company. Spend a little extra and Buy a good camera.
Night vision keeps flashing on and off. Tried everything the app advised to no avail. Looked online for answers and tried everything, but nothing worked. Plus, I only get about 1 out of 20 notifications. No phone %23 for customer service, only email. Sent 2 emails in a week and still no response.
