Great for hypothyroidism but check with doctor - will update if I lose weight or not please like to keep me motivated! haha
I feel a sense of wellness after taking this supplements. I can't report on weight loss because I don't think I have been taking it long enough to see the change. I plan to take for at least 3 months because I believe that is a good amount of time for the body to register the supplement in your body. I only take one a day I will be back in three months for my honest review.
Bladderwrack is beneficial in incorporating into the diet/lifestyle. Said to be beneficial in improving bowel movements, thyroid functioning, skin wounds,etc. Very oceany/fishy taste. So it could also be used as an ingredient in plant based seasoning if one is desiring a fish taste just don't exceed daily dosage amount.
I read that I shouldn't take it if I'm taking a thyroid medicine.
