my husband and I have been taking this product for years and can't imagine ever stopping. We wanted to promote good gut health and overall health. We store in the refrigerator and take on the afternoons 3 days a week. Since taking this product I haven't had a many stomach issues or UTI's.

I use to buy a probiotic with a 50 Billion or 100 billion CFU count.... and it was just too strong. But, this is the perfect CFU count that has a gentle yet effective results... and it's reasonably priced. Many days I only take 1 capsule. I highly recommend it.

This is an amazing probiotic supplement! Very quick results compared to some other brands. A higher price tag was definitely worth it for me. I could see improvement in my digestion in just a few days (gas). Keep in mind that it is the "keep in the fridge" kind, so refrigerate it right after you receive it.

The size of the capsules is a bit big, but being an experienced supplement user I don't have any problems with that. In fact, I like this product so much, that I'll be using it every 3 months to make sure my gut stays healthy. Quality product for a very friendly price.
