I will keep taking this!
I am cautiously optimistic that this is helping longtime hip and lower back pain! Rheumatoid arthritis may also be contributing to the pain. I have been taking it about 3 months now, after bone density score dropped to osteopenia. It will be several months before I know if bone density scores improve, but in the meantime I am super pleased with the pain relief.

This is the real deal!
This is an excellent product if you have bone density issues. Don't take calcium 2 hours before or after this capsule. My doc said to take it with Vitamin K2 for absorption. I have a relative who had osteoperosis and took this instead of prescription meds and then it downgraded to osteopenia after 2 years. Excellent.
